Wood for Sale

The American Custom Gunmakers Guild Education Foundation was formed in 2006, after several years of planning, as an affiliate effort of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild, Inc.  It is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable educational foundation.  Its efforts will support new gunsmithing (in particular custom gunmaking) talent, dissemination of educational information to the custom gunmaking community, and enrichment opportunities for current custom gunsmiths. Educational opportunities will include grant-in-aid scholarships to gunsmithing students to attend the annual seminars and exhibition of members of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild, scholarships to gunsmithing students with an interest in custom work, and opportunities for current gunmakers to increase their knowledge and improve their skills.  Donations to the Education Foundation will be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.  For additional information, please contact the American Custom Gunmakers Guild.

Due to the generous contribution of Larry and Brenda Potterfield, the Foundation has available for sale wood blanks.  Please contact Bruce Farman for details.  Photos and prices will be available on the website so please check back.

The rifle photographed above is the first project to raise additional funds for the Foundation.
